Brevard Community Educational facilities condemns political text despatched by Great marketing campaign

Brevard General public Schools on Tuesday condemned the use of its emblem in a political textual content concept despatched by the marketing campaign of Florida Household Rep. Randy Fine attacking Phil Moore, Fine’s Democratic opponent in the race for District 53.

Moore, meanwhile, explained he has filed a criticism with the Florida Elections Fee about the text, accusing High-quality of violating state campaign finance legal guidelines soon after the message and an affiliated voice recording failed to discover Fine’s campaign as their source. 

In a statement posted to Facebook, Brevard Public Universities stated it had not been informed of the text in advance of it went out to south county voters Monday afternoon.

“The Brevard County School Board is mindful of the current use of its brand in a political ad/communication that it did not have prior expertise of, nor does the district condone,” the district wrote.
